I have suffered from lower leg cramps for years and when I adopted a "clean keto" diet, they got worse. I have tried Natural Calm and magnesium/calcium pills, other types of magnesium supplements, LMNT electrolytes, and Beam minerals. They all helped, but did not eliminate my cramps. I could still count on having many painful cramps in the evening and night after playing tennis or going for a longer run. The Mango electrolytes are my second favorite flavor. It is very tropical and refreshing. It tends to be more sweet though and lacks a hint of tartness that natural mango has. That's why I like fruit punch more, it's the perfect balance between sweet and tart. I love that this keto electrolytes uses stevia for sweetener instead of sugar alcohols. It dissolves well in water with the help of a mixing/foaming stick. Shipping was fast. Highly recommend this product.

Price is great flavor Is better.

The flavor of this is really good. The best part is that doesn’t contain sucralose!! I mix it with my pre-workout in the mornings and in the afternoons by itself. I don’t like my drink’s super sweet so I always use more water than the recommended.
