After being in ketosis on and off for 4 years, I was a chronic salt waster and struggled to get enough electrolytes into my diet to ward off throbbing headaches and heart palpitations. Keto Vitals was the magic potion for me. I take one dose in the morning and one dose midday and don’t have to think about getting the right balance of electrolytes during my busy day. I feel so much more alert and energized now!

I am on the ketogenic way of eating. When I travel I like to stay hydrated and traveling with these small packets give me the magnesium and potassium I need to have being keto. At home I use other supplements. When I just drink water it can wash out my electrolytes. I like the variety pack and that there are more packets for the cost of these packets vs the competitors. Taste is the same. I also like that there is no gluten in the product. The sweetener is mainly Stevia Leaf Extract. There is some monk fruit, but I have not noticed a spike in my insulin. I had an initial problem with delivery of the product which was a UPS issue, not Keto Vitals or Amazon. Amazon refunded me for my first box because it was never delivered and the customer service was very responsive and helpful when I contacted them first about the delivery. All and all I am satisfied and would recommend the product.

This product is amazing. I sleep better. I no longer get cramps in my joints. My nutritionist recommend these. She was right. It got me out of the keto flu. Instead of 5 days feeling drained and sluggish. I had 24 hours of it and back to normal. I gave 20 to my friend who was in the middle of her keto flu and with in 24hrs she had energy and feeling great. It works! Keep in mind this is not a fix all. It's a tool to help you be successful.
